We had our retainer wall and fence project completed in early May. The project involved a new retainer wall on the west and north side of our property, with a brand new fence, 3 new gates, a gravel circle around our firepit and a new railing on our front door steps. The project was completed ahead of schedule, in 7 days, with a couple of return visits by the owner, Mike, to touch up on some things we noticed. This is the reason we waited to post the review as well. Mike is extremely professional and responsive, and is the main reason we went with Palm construction. He always kept his word and did things when he said they would be done. Our backyard now looks amazing. What could have been better? I think maybe just slowing down just a a bit so thay there would be no need to come back and follow up. But at the same time, we get it, it is summer and they need to get as many projects in as possible. All in all, we recommend this company and we will definitely use them again for future projects.
